Description

Beautifulrenovated Gascony house with 2 gites, horseboxes and barns on 25ha of land. This house is impressive : the size is big and thereare thousands of possibilities with this house. Slightly hidden behind maturetrees and a private lane to the property. It is a real family house. You can “feel” the atmosphere ofanimals all around: horses, donkies, dogs, cats, chicken and more. In theutilityroom for example is a big bath to clean dogs and other animals. Outside you'll find fences to keep animalscloser or further away from the house. 2 gites, hens house, 7 horseboxes, 1 boxfor the food, wooden cabin, large open barn with workshop, big barn attached tothe house, partly closed (with first floor to renovate if you want). Apond, a fruittree garden and 16ha of woodland and 9ha of meadow.  The house issituated just outside a small village at about 100 meters of the roadbetween 2 vllages but close to Mirande, Trie sur Baïse and Masseube. View onthe land and garden and on the first floor (South facing) view on thecountryside. The house is in a very good condition although there arestill spaces to renovate (if you want to).  For “horselovers” this is the spot to be. But if you woldlike a B&B: no problem: there are (depends how you want to use som espaces)7 bedrooms, all with bathroom and toilet.  Downstairs: beautiful living with big chimney, very wellequiped kitchen with 2 AGA's, utilityroom, toilet, 2 gites (1 with forstfloor). On the first floor the 7 bedrooms and bathrooms. More space to convert. So, contact me to plan a visit. I hope to see you soon.
