The kitchen facilities include all new stainless steel work tops, full ranges and ovens, walk in fridges and freezers, this is just a case turn up take over and continue trading absolutely no other work required, the current owners have been trading here for 30 years and have now decided to take retirement.




Upstairs are 5 letting rooms all very tastefully decorated, and owners accommodation comprising of 3 bedrooms, bathroom, office, lounge.
