9 Bedrooms - House - New York - For..

The historic House is located on Lake Agawam and features a prominent address on First Neck Lane in Southampton. Driving through the gated entry and along the tree-lined drive, you will find this estate perfectly sited alongside 400 feet of pristine waterfront on over 8 park-like acres, which has recently been subdivided into two lots. This notable property has been extensively renovated over the last two years by architect/designer Tony Ingrao, master builder Ed Bulgin and landscape architect Edmund Hollander. The 8,000SF main house offers breathtaking water views from nearly every room and is comprised of two and a half stories with seven bedrooms, six full bathrooms and one half bathroom. On the upper level you will find five en-suite bedrooms, including the large and deluxe waterfront master suite with his and her closets, a private balcony, and a completely new master bath with a glass encased shower with a marble wall, soaking tub and dual vanities. The separate guest house features a sitting room, kitchen, office, two bedrooms and two baths. Additional structures include the carriage house with an oversized two-car garage and staff quarters. The pool house located next to Lake Agawam provides continuous stunning views. This lakefront location would not be buildable today, and is significantly valuable given its grandfathered status. The pool house includes a living room, dining room/bar, sauna, two shower/changing rooms, and a bathroom. Outdoor amenities include a waterfront 25' x 50' heated gunite swimming pool, extensive bluestone patio and a newly constructed sunken all-weather U.S. Open deco-turf tennis court with impressive herringbone brick walls.
