A little bit of paradise

With stunning oceanfront views, Casa Kai is a little bit of paradise with everything you need for a family home, or vacation playground hideaway. The 60-foot long newly constructed Venetian glass tiled swimming pool has an L-shaped water play area at one end with a fountain water feature, and color lighting throughout. A beachfront sand volleyball area is within. Just off the main paved road in Surfside, the home is within walking distance to many restaurants and bars, including the new Flamingo Marina which is being started soon with many more amenities. The entry to the home from the street is a stone wall and electric gated entrance into the driveway and separate garage and storage area. A comfortable great room design welcomes you to the living area. A compact gourmet kitchen complete with granite countertops, a new induction cooktop and oven, plus built-in microwave has everything the family gourmet cook would need. The dining table seats ten comfortably and is adjacent to the large screen TV viewing area with ample sofas and lounger. The home has two master bedrooms with king bedroom suites, and one smaller bedroom and bath with a private entrance. There are two “sleeping porches” on the ocean side of the house for those extra guests or children. The ample poolside patio is sheltered from the sun and a perfect spot for dining. The house also boasts a very spacious six-recliner theatre with additional seating for several more. LED lighting controls the ambience in the room. Beautifully furnished with granite and marble bathrooms, upgraded sinks and faucets throughout, one could be proud to call this “home.”
