It is a dream holiday location; peaceful and idyllic on the top of a hill yet only a stone's throw away from the lively old town of Albufeira with its countless bars, restaurants, shops and wonderful beaches. The accommodation within the complex is diverse and includes a house with three bedrooms, a complete kitchen and a large living room with wood burning stove. The living room and the terrace in front enjoy stunning views over the landscaped garden towards Albufeira and onto the coastline. In addition, there is a traditionally designed one bedroom apartment and a studio attached to the house and four more modern studios in a building next to the swimming pools, all surrounded by landscaped gardens with many mature indigenous trees, bushes and palm trees. The four studios are pleasantly decorated and include a kitchenette area, a breakfast bar for two people and feature a frame of hand painted tiles around a wall mirror.
The most individual accommodation is a lovely one bedroom apartment on three levels in the beautifully refurbished windmill. The top level with a wonderfully crafted wooden ceiling offers breathtaking 360º panoramic views of the sea and the hinterland. Next to the mill there is a large BBQ terrace with a built-in table and seating areas framed with bougainvillea to enjoy the long summer evenings in a marvelous atmosphere.
