The bathroom decently proportioned. The kitchen is separate from the living area and although the units may be a little dated, they are still in good condition.

This property is worth seeing. It's brighter, bigger and much more impressive than you might be led to believe, especially when the furniture is replaced by your own. With a sprinkling of good taste. Those marble floors could be shown off much better, we're sure.

Originally listed in January 2015, we felt the price a little steep since there is no outside space from the property itself, so we didn't include it. Now, we think it's a price open to some negotiation. This sort of building, in the centre, commands a premium. We've decided to include in our listings now it because it could be good purchase for someone prepared to pay a small premium for a building of this stature.
