My place is the best. Very cosy and unorthodox. Its a two story studio apmt with a loft inside. The loft is where your bed is located. We would both have access to the whole place and would share everything in it as room mates during your stay. Since im a musician/producer, the apmnt already contains 6 guitars, 1 piano, 2 saxophones, 5 harmonicas, 1 digital drumkit. So if you happen to be love music and or happen to play/sing/dance something, you will fit in very well here.
As for partygoers or not, im not really looking for partygoers, but i'd rather share my place with someone that spends their days enjoying the fruits of life then someone stiff...! Its all about the balance!
Jamsessions(people get together to play music) is som
