Apartment - For Sale - 2 Bedrooms

Recently Reduced from €99,000 to €85,000 for a quick sale! Exceptionally large 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with 2 private verandas on a beautiful complex with a pool in Frenaros.

This lovely apartment is exceptionally spacious and actually feels more like a bungalow than an apartment. With a very large kitchen, living dining room, main bathroom and two bedrooms. Both bedrooms, the kitchen and the living room open onto the veranda/garden area on each side of the apartment. This means that there is always an abundance of light and a steady stream of air through the apartment. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and all furnishings are included in the price.

The complex itself is also exceptional and is designed in true traditional Cypriot Style. Low rise, with the addition of beautiful stone work and arches, it is undoubtedly one of the nicest developments in the area.

Many of the owners on the complex are permenant residents, which adds to a nice neighbourly feel. The complex is situated on a cul de sac and is very quiet, but is literally just a short walk from the centre of the village.

A fantastic buy!! Viewing highly recommended!!

Frenaros
Located inland from the tourist resorts of Ayia Napa and Protaras the village of Frenaros still retains traditional Cypriot village atmosphere with coffee shops and local tavernas. During recent years many new houses and luxury villas have been built around the outskirts whilst the village centre still has its traditional bungalows. Adding to the mixture of architecture the village has a few Byzantine churches which date back to the 12th century. A perfect place for residential living or a good base for a holiday Frenaros is only 12 minutes from Ayia Napa and 40 mins down the highway to Larnaca International Airport.
