Apartment - For Sale - 2 Bedrooms

Fantastic sea view from the HUGE BALCONY of this 2 bedroom apartment in Kapparis!

This 2 bed second floor apartment is located on a quiet complex between Paralimni town and the resort of Kapparis. The current owners have enclosed one part of a veranda and made it into a separate, cosy living room, however, it can also be opened up to take in those fabulous sea views.

The open plan main living, dining and fully fitted kitchen area comes as is, fully furnished. There are 2 double bedrooms complete with wardrobes and pine bedroom furniture and a family bathroom.

A spacious balcony adorned by sail, to give you that all important shade from the summer sun, has fantastic sea views. The perfect setting for dining alfresco!

Kapparis
Recently developed into an all year round resort means no matter what time of year you come to Kapparis there are always shops, bars and restaurants open. The local bus travels from the main town of Paralimni, through Kapparis onto the beach resort of Protaras then onto Ayia Napa making it an excellent holiday spot.
Many British and other Europeans have made Kapparis their home due to its friendly small village feel with a friendly local community.
The coastline is dotted with some really nice beaches including Malama and Firemans beach, both are perfect for families due to the shallow waters.
