APS2943 Enchanting characterful 4..

This is a charming renovated stone farmhouse with oozing with character and original stone and beam features. Located in a stunning elevated position enjoying magnificent and far-reaching views within 5 hectares of land (however the local farmer currently maintains much of this). In 2014 the current owner added an extension on the ground floor in order to create a bedroom and en-suite. The heating is currently by a large fireplace, wood burner and electric heaters, but there is plumbing and a heat pump already in place should a new owner wish to add radiators. Only 1 km to the local village of Coulx and 5km to Tombebouef with all amenities including a 9 hole golf course.
