Double bedroom available in a 2 bed apartment right in city center (1min from dunes, gym, the green etc) at the corner of Lower Stephens St and Aungier St.

The apartment itself is light and bright and has a very large living area. We have a cleaner who comes - 2 weeks which costs €20 each. The apartment has electric storage heater (only needed in winter), a washer dryer, wifi & TV.

You will be sharing with one IT professional, Irish gay guy in his early 30s.

The apartment is right opposite Capital Bar so it can be a bit noisy on weekends so keep that in mind if you are a very light sleeper. It is also up 3 flights of stairs but you get used to this workout fast enough :)
