Large double bedroom to rent in an exclusive development right on the doorstep of Dundrum town centre and Dundrum village. Dundrum LUAS stop is a 5 minute walk while the M50 and Marlay Park are a 5 minute drive away.
This room is a double room with a king sized bed and exclusive access to the main bathroom. Plenty of wardrobe space and own terraced area.
Sharing with a 36 year old easygoing and friendly professional guy. If you've an interest in sports/keeping fit while having a night out every now and again then that's a plus.
Every couple of weeks you are likely to have the apartment to yourself over the weekend.
Efficient on utilities. No Sky etc. But if this is something that you'd like to get then I've no problem with going halves.
This really is a lovely apartment in a secure development and a prime location suitable for anybody working anywhere along the LUAS line or the M50.
