The bigger lot of the two adjoining lots has 8.274 square meters and rises dramatically from the sea to a spectacular height of some 4 meters above the sea. The lovely sand beach in front of this lot rises to a sandy bank covered with sea grape and almond trees and quickly reaches to the lot's high point some 60 meters behind the high-tide line. This lovely lot features an elevated building site with great exposure to the prevailing easterly trade winds while giving unobstructed views north across the fringing reef to the deep blue of open ocean beyond. The lot features a beautiful stand of mature palmetto's and a shady western end.

The smaller lot of 5.899 sq.meters also rises nicely from the street, achieving its highest point and ideal building site, some 50-60 meters from the high-tide line. The lot features an ocean-side kiosk with power and water and has stone steps descending through old coral stone to the sandy beach. The sunset views from this spot looking west toward Puerto Plata are wonderful, particularly in spring, summer and fall. Well treed, the lot receives nice breezes from the east while giving open ocean views to the north and northwest.
