The family home, built in 1987 and renovated in 2011/12 has a living area of 2,671 square feet (260 m2) and includes three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The big open plan kitchen is fully equipped and boasts an antique island and a breakfast bar. The comfortable lounge has an open fire place and a separate dining area. There also is a good size office and a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. The spacious deck overlooks the pastures and the large pool ( 37 x 16) which is equipped with a pool cover and an automatic cleaner. For privacy the property is surrounded by 200 cedar trees.
