Beautiful Four Bedroom House Rio Maior Silver Coast

As you enter into this house you have a beautiful staircase made of the finest wood. As you reach the first floor landing leading to four bedrooms.

All bedrooms have double windows and views.

The Master bedroom has views to the distance and is light and airy. A door leads into a large beautiful bathroom designed in white with a corner bath, a fitted with double his and hers hand sink cupboards and a large bathroom mirror fitted with soft lights above.

The Master bathroom has light coloured mosaic tiles with a line of strip of coloured mosaics.

The triple wardrobe is designed with the thought of space and with sliding glass mirrors.

The widows are double glazing with pvc. All around the windows are marble stone. There are electric shutters too. The house is private and would be a good family house.

The property is situated in a town of Rio Maior, just a short drive from the beaches of Silver Coast. This has one of the best sport schools and training grounds and has been used for the Portuguese Olympic team for their training.

Rio Maior has its own salt mines which are amzing to see. The Salt Town is unique with everything made from wood including the door locks of the houses. This will really make you appreciate the history of salt. This salt mine dates back from the year of 1177.

Access to and from Rio Maior is 45 minutes to Lisbon. A15 and the national road of N114. Excellent bus services into and out of rio maior. Driving by car is the most convenient option.

Thirty minutes' drive to all the beautiful beaches we have surrounding this area. The beaches here on the silver coast are great for family and children. You will also find wonderful restaurants and bars.
