Our villa is located in South Pattaya, 1km from Jomtien Beach, close to many tourist entertainment and 5 minutes from downtown by car. You can bring your boat in front of the house and visit the many islands around Pattaya, close to one of the most famous Port: Koh Larn or Coral Island. This home has direct beach access and a private terrace above the beach.

The house has 6 bedrooms:

- Two of the rooms are in a cottage next to the house facing the private pool and garden for one and the garden, the pool and the sea to the other. All are equipped with two large shower rooms with private toilet and small interior room.

- Four other rooms are in the main house:
