Situated a walk away from all amenities and with a small stream at the bottom of the garden, this beautiful, character townhouse has been recently renovated and the bathrooms are lovely. The other side of the stair, we have a big dining room, with beautiful fireplace, really impressive! To the rear we have a boiler room (new, oil fired) and a room for the tanks and the lawn mower etc.

The garden is rather a delight, you are well below the level of the road so it is really, pretty quiet. There is a garage, but, to be honest, there is a car park, right opposite, so, you'd probably not bother using it all that often!

The property is on the main road into town, so there is some traffic noise - but, it is a quiet town, anyway and the traffic pretty much stops, completely by 19:00. Real character and a beautiful garden.
