Descrizione

Situated in a small hamlet a short drive back into Montmorillon, this country house has the accommodation in the centre and a couple of big barns on either end of the property. Into the house we have a big diner / sitting room of 45m2 with terracotta floor and exposed beams. To the rear we have a lovely fitted kitchen of 15m2.

Right from the sitting room we have a good shower room and a room of 16m2 then an office of 20m2 with huge French windows both sides with a spiral staircase. The last part of the house is an old country kitchen with a big fireplace, currently only used for storage.

Up the spiral staircase we have two bedrooms with gorgeous beams and a room between the two, ready to be made into a bathroom. Up from the main room, we have two areas ready to be made into a big bedroom and a bathroom.

Out through the kitchen we have a gorgeous terrace and a large above ground pool, then open country - very pretty, indeed.
