Situated past the last farm, at the end of lane with no neighbours, this farmhouse really is in a beautiful setting, though a 10 minute drive takes you to the vibrant mediaeval town of Montmorillon.

Driving through the park like garden, we come to the house and on entering find a large hall with stair. To the right we have a big sitting room (about 50m2) with stone tiles, exposed beams and granite fireplace, a large corner of the room has a fitted kitchen area and with French windows, front and rear, this a tremendously light and airy room - lovely. To the left of the hall we have the first bedroom (about 13m2) which has old tiles and exposed beams and a small bathroom with a cabin like feel is just beyond this. A summer kitchen and a laundry are at the end of the hall along with a 2nd bedroom which has tongue and groove, with exposed beams (about 12m2) and a 3rd bedroom (about 14m2) with a granite fireplace, exposed beams and French windows.

Upstairs we have a stupendous cinema / concert room of around 75m2, with exposed beams and a really fantastic 'feel'. A 4th bedroom has exposed beams and is about 35m2, this has a velux to make it very light indeed, and also has plumbing in place ready for an en-suite bathroom.
