Situated past the last farm, at the end of lane with no neighbours, this farmhouse really is in a beautiful setting, though a 10 minute drive takes you to the vibrant mediaeval town of Montmorillon.

Upstairs we have a stupendous cinema / concert room of around 75m2, with exposed beams and a really fantastic 'feel'. A 4th bedroom has exposed beams and is about 35m2, this has a velux to make it very light indeed, and also has plumbing in place ready for an en-suite bathroom.
