Situated in the mediaeval quarter of this historical town, this big house is going to be enormous, when it has been re-jigged. Into the house, we immediately mount a half dozen stairs to find ourselves in a kitchen with butler's sink. All these rooms are partitioned with light walls and could be re-arranged into whatever you fancy, without too much difficulty - a big plus is the new double glazing, throughout and the working oil central heating. To the left of the kitchen there is a shower and WC, the other side of which is a stair to a huge, boarded out and insulated attic (about 80m2) - a blank canvas if ever you saw one!

A large workshop, boiler room and general storage area is below all, this gives access to a small courtyard (the door to the left of the house has steos down to here). To the rear of the house there is a garage and a small garden. Well, you could live in it, pretty much straightaway - but a little bit of though will make this a really cool house (and BIG!).
