Big modern house on outskirts of..

Situated on the outskirts of Montmorillon, a beautiful, riverside market town, this house is a walk away from all amenities, while itself being in a very rural setting indeed - perfect! Through the electric gates and down the paved drive we can see the quality of this property, long before we get through the front door! Entering, we come into a hallway with, to the right a massive bedroom, with French doors out to the garden and a simply gorgeous bathroom, itself with views over the terrace and to the swimming pool and the valley beyond.

To the left we have a huge sitting room with enormous sliding doors out to the terrace, a big fireplace and lofty ceiling with mezzanine. Beyond, we have a fitted kitchen with oak cupboards and again access to the terrace and a really sunny area with, again massive sliding doors giving views out over the valley - fantastic place for a sunny winter breakfast.

The other side of this atrium we have a laundry and boiler room, and then a massive double garage. The other side of the garage we have a separate house with kitchen, bathroom, sitting room and bedrooms - unfortunately the owners goods and chattels have been moved into this house so access was not available - but if its anything like the main house this is going to be top quality all the way! Back to the main house, we take the big open stair to the mezzanine where we have an open area followed by and en-suite bathroom to the left and similar to the right (bathroom a trifle smaller this side).

Outside we have a veritable park with fantastic views and a super quality swimming pool. This is a fantastic house and at this price is simply a snip - superb!
