Why Invest in Birmingham?

Birmingham is often named as one of the best places to invest in property, and it boasts excellent buy to let credentials. In January 2017, year-on-year growth in the city stood at 7.4%, surpassing that of London which was 6.4%, according to Hometrack. It also boasts the youngest demographic in Europe as under 25s make up 40% of the city's population. People in this age range are most likely to rent due to living more transient lifestyles and wanting to enjoy all that the city has to offer.

We feel that this property's superior location will prove very popular with the rental market in Birmingham, so get in touch today to discuss the investment in more detail.
