Brand new 3 bedroom pool villa in small..

Within a cluster of just nine villas, this newly built and never inhabited villa offers living in natural and quiet surroundings, yet just a few stone throws away from mini markets, a fresh market and restaurants.

You enter to a generous open-plan room that consists of the lounge- and the dining area. The U-shaped European kitchen is fully equipped and of top quality. A breakfast bar for the quick morning coffee divides the kitchen from the living-area from where wide sliding-doors open to the covered terrace, the garden and the swimming pool.

The three bedrooms all offer their en-suite bathrooms including rain showers. Internet- and TV-connections are in the living-room and all the bedrooms as well. The master bedroom opens with sliding-doors to the outdoor area. Its bathroom provides a shower cubicle, a bathtub and two sinks.

The villa comes with some built-in furniture including attractive curtains and blinds in all the rooms. The high ceilings and the panoramic windows give a nice and airy feel.

The villa has its own bore hole so water is there for free and in abundance. A storage tank is there as well. The entrance gate is remote controlled and the carport bears two cars. Right besides, there are small maid-quarters that can be used as a storage room. The construction is solid with aerated blocks of 20 cm, the roof is insulated and the windows are made of UPVC and the light is all LED. Air conditioners are not installed yet, but the connections are there and the electric system is 3 phase and all grounded.

A nice and modern property providing a great mix between rural and urban life. The property just awaits to be finished with your final touches to make it your home.
