Brand-new boutique-house, turn-key..

Small can indeed be beautiful. This little gem is spacious enough for a couple or a small family. The rooms are generous in size and the layout cleverly planned. You will feel cozy and home the moment you enter this lovely property. The living-room offers a sofa-space and a flat screen-TV and is open to the dining-area further back. The pyramid-style ceiling gives the room an open and airy feel.

Further behind, you get the friendly, chic and well-equipped open-plan kitchen. It includes a nice breakfast-bar for a quick drink or meal. Both bedrooms offer their en-suite bathrooms and there is a guest-toilet as well. There is a built-in wardrobe and a walk-in closet in the bedrooms. The bathrooms are nicely tiled and come with a modern and fresh appearance.

The bonus of this property is the comprehensive equipment. All rooms and spaces are nicely furnished and decorated, everything is there: blinds, wallpapers, paintings, lamps and more. You just move in with your personal items and start discovering the nice environment.

Here some quality aspects: The doors are very solid and provide serious locks. The roof is ventilated and slightly insulated. The outside walls are made of aerated concrete keeping the heat outside. The property has its own well and therefore the fresh water is for free. There are PVC rain gutters all around the house.

The outdoors offer a covered carport, a laundry space with a washing machine and a fancy little Jacuzzi splash-pool to relax. A nice house with little and inexpensive maintenance to feel good.
