Brand new Villa with distant Sea views..

This beautiful villa is at its final stage of construction, missing only some interior finishing and the landscaped garden. It is set on a south facing elevated position and enjoys lovely views over undulated country side to the sea. The typical Algarvean village Bordeira with cafes and some shops is in walking distance and Faro airport is only 15 minutes drive away.
Superb craftsmanship has gone into the finishing of this fine property with beautifully stone frames around windows and doors and appliances of the highest quality.
The design as a whole blends modern features and comforts beautifully with the slightly rustic and traditional Portuguese architecture.
Upon entering the property, it reveals its character of modern elegance with predominantly bright colours that is represented throughout the villa. The large open plan living and dining room has large patio doors leading onto the terrace in front of the swimming pool. The spacious master suite on the first floor benefits from two vast balconies from where to enjoy the extensive pretty mountain and distant sea views.
