Next to Broadwater Court is the thriving Kincumber Shopping Village, with its array of specialty shops, movie theatre, modern restaurants, medical centres and adult education facilities. The village has its own clinic, Villa 31, that is used to provide medical services to residents, including a doctor, podiatrist, diabetic educator and physiotherapist.

The level site, with its clear, clean, meandering pathways offers a marvellous invitation for a gentle stroll. Or you can find a shady corner and rest awhile with a good book or enjoy a chat with friends.
