Situated in a quiet street on the edge of Marinaleda this house has been totally and professionally reformed to bring it up to a modern high standard of finish.

Currently there are no floor tiles on the ground floor or kitchen but the builder will let you choose tiles up to a price of 10 Euros per m2 and a kitchen valued up to 3000 Euros in the price. In other words if you buy the house he will put these in as part of the price. The big attraction here is that you get to choose the finish of your house.

The attractive security front door leads into a hallway and on into the ample dining room. The kitchen is unfitted at present so that the purchaser has a choice of units and finishes. To the rear of the property is a large lounge with French windows out into a private walled patio garden. Stairs from the dining room lead up to two double bedrooms and a fully tiled family bathroom.

Other features include solar heating and electric water heaters ensuring a constant supply of hot water. Double glazed UPVC windows are fitted throughout.

What really makes this property stand out of course is the location. It is situated in the last bastion of Communism in Europe. A village that has held out against the capitalists all around. And the funny thing is that it works! The local councillors actually reinvest their taxes in the village rather than their bank accounts and the result is a spotless, immaculately maintained village with the best possible pool, town hall, schools and facilities.
