Situated in a pretty little cul-de-sac a short walk from all amenities, this bungalow with large garden wrapped around it, with a little stream hidden to the rear - lovely. The house has a somewhat abandoned feel, but you can certainly see where you would want to go with it, because all the rooms have a nice feel, great parquet and good quality double glazing.

The house consists of a kitchen, with double doors opening into a sitting room with French windows out to the back garden. There are three bedrooms, each about 12m2 and a basic bathroom and WC. Downstairs we have a very big garage, workshop and cellar area.

This will be lovely - the garden has a simply charming feel to it - you really wouldn't know a short walk would take you to the centre of town.
