Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen that will involve creation and management of tailored and generic business development tools including, request for proposal’s (RFPs), capability statements, brochures, presentations and digital product content. The candidate will also need to collaborate extensively with colleagues and partners in other departments across the Group.

Strong writing skills, attention to detail and organisational skills will be key when working with the Business Development team to collate proposal documents. The candidate will be expected to maintain and further develop a library of business development tools for a multi-product/multi-jurisdictional business, working closely with the Marketing team to achieve this.

Additional tasks would also include successful maintenance of RFP company data, regular market and prospect research and supporting the delivery of ad-hoc projects within the wider BDM team.

Skills, knowledge, expertise:

Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook skills (intermediate/advanced)

Strong time management and prioritisation skills and ability to work towards tight deadlines

General understanding of alternative assets industry is preferred but not essential

University degree or equivalent

This role will require travel to other offices

Candidates must be classified as ‘Entitled’ or ‘Entitled to Work’ under the Jersey Control of Housing & Work law.
