Farm {Smallholding}

The farm has no mains electricity but it is close by or suitable for solar panels. Easy access and close to the town. There is no drinking water as for irrigation they pump the water out of the river at the bottom of the campo to a large container at the top of the campo and store this in the container until needed. The pump for this is relatively new and is run by electric which a neighbour has been kind enough to let them use for this purpose.

The house is approx 90 m2 on two levels.( part Finished) This building has the potential to be made into a family home and can be extended or you can also put a wooden house on the land up to 400 m2, or even build a new dwelling up to 400 m2. The land is just a little less than 19.000 sq mtrs.

The house is in the middle of the campo and the house is included in the price of the land. There is easy access to the campo on which there are 160 nispero trees, 75 navel orange trees, 25 lemon trees, 30 Clementine trees, 130 Valencia orange trees and 30 blood orange trees also 15 avocado trees and at the top part of the campo there are almond and olive trees, this part of the campo unfortunately they have not been able to clean, but the rest of the campo is virtually weed free.
