This lovely two bedroom home was built in 2004 by a Swiss constructor. It is solid, anticyclonic, antisysmic, built according to European standards with the best materials. The property consists of a large tropical garden, in total 1.711 sq. meters with several fruit-trees and automatic lighting. Constant electricity supply (and therefore water supply) is guaranteed by an invertor backup with 8 industrial batteries when the electricity local company causes blackouts. - Gas water heater and stove. - When we lived there we had Sky TV and Internet-wifi, which can be reactivated any time. At the moment there is a USB Internet connection - Completely furnished and equipped house - The kiosk could easily be transformed into an independent bungalow and more bungalows can be built on the premises to rent for holidays.
