Carp fishing business with woodland

A carp fishing business which is registered with the DDTM and permission has been granted to net the lake and de-silt if so required and there is a dossier regarding this from the owners.

This was a business that was doing really well, with very happy anglers, the current owners are ready to pass this on now to someone else who can move the business forward even more.

A beautiful 5-acres of water set in its own 14 acres of private and secure woodland - in the middle of nowhere. Four of the swims are on the islands. You can fish where you want and still look after less experienced anglers.

It’s perfect for groups of varied levels of ability. Old hands will love it and the less experienced won’t struggle. With 4 swims on the island plus a double swim you can easily supervise inexperienced anglers without having them in your face or water.

Since this lake came under new management in March 2008 much has been happening!

A further stock of 50 fish at the beginning of 2008 to supplement the exisitng stocks taking levels to around 150 carp. The 'stockies' weighed between 13lb and 26lb (including a couple of gorgeous commons), and have already started putting in regular apperances on the bank.

Carps of 18- 39lbs are in the lake which is 5 acres within a 14 acre estate.

There is a caravan on site, a shower area and there was a kitchen area but unfortunately got damaged in the recent winter storms.

There is a huge potential to get this business up and unning again with the possibility of putting log cabins/chalets on site throughout the woodland area.
