This classical farmhouse has a lovely, panoramic position outside the charming village of San Marzano Oliveto, with just a couple of minutes walk to the local butcher, the alimentare which also has a selection of the wines from the local producers, and not to forget the bustling village bar/caffe.

The panorama is utterly amazing, with open views over the famous Unesco protected rolling Barbara and Moscato vineyards towards Monviso.

The property has as much as 8.800 sqm of land, most of it sloping down the hillside, but also a good size courtyard and garden and the house is app. 450 sqm.

With two entrances on the ground floor, the house could easily be made into a two-family home, or a habitation with separate guest-quarters. The current owners have started at thorough renovation that is still to be completed.

Main entrance leads into a spacious kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom and utility room. Then on the first floor, three bedrooms, bathroom and the ex-hayloft still to be finished.

The other entrance is into the unfinished part, kitchen/dining on the ground floor, bathroom and large open space to be divided into more rooms or a wonderful living room on the first floor.

There is also a large cantina/garage/storage space.

The renovation so far has been done with great care and eye for the traditional farmhouse stile with sandblasted vaulted ceilings and classical details.
