Unique example of traditional stone building, ‘casina’, located in the Itria Valley and dating back to the late 19th , early 20th century, The main house, measuring ca. 170 sqm, sells along with a 4-cone trullo and a barrel-vaulted stone lamia of about 30 sqm. The “casina” consists of a living area branching out into 4 spacious bedrooms and leading to a kitchen with fireplace accessing the roof terrace by a staircase and a bathroom. All rooms have typical vaults (“cielo di carrozza”, a sort of barrel vault with a square or rectangular shape in the middle) and there is also a cellar with external access. The trullo has an entrance with fireplace on the right and two alcoves on the left. Cistern. The lamia (in stone) is a single room with barrel-vaults. All buildings are in very sound structural condition and require the necessary works to be taken to a modern standard. The plot of land measures 20.000 sqm and has a grove of ancient olive plants.
