Situated in the centre of Montriond, a lovely village next to Morzine. Montriond benefits from its own bars and restaurants and is a wonderful community. Just a 5 minute drive into the centre of Morzine or 30 minutes by foot. One of the best things about Montriond is the ease of gaining access to the mountains. There is a free bus linking Morzine and Montriond to the Ardent telecabine which provides the quickest access into the heart of the ski area which passes a mere 50m from this residence.
The apartment is on the 1st floor and is south facing benefitting the sun in the afternoon. Upon entering there is a coin montagne (bunkbeds) in the hallway. There is also a bathroom and separate toilet.
You walk through in to the open plan living area with a small kitchen dining room table and sitting area (currently with sofa bed) There are double doors leading onto the balcony with views across the valley.
