The property is mainly constructed by different massive hardwoods and in excellent craftsmanship. Besides the beauty, it gives the estate a wonderful airy feel and the pleasant smell of a traditional home. The airflow is given by the quality screens and the high ceilings allowing views beneath the saddle roof that is nicely cased in.

The main living area offers sofa space, a working table and the generous dining area.

The open plan Western kitchen is nestled by the further end of the main living-area. It offers all to please a passionate cook: Granite worktops, a stove, a ceramic cook top, extraction fan, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer and plenty of storage space. The breakfast bar is ideal for a quick snack or coffee. There is also a Thai outdoor kitchen, ideal for the more smelly food or to cater for garden parties. Beside it, there is a laundry area with washing machine and tumbler.

A second upstairs secluded living- and entertainment area is reached by a wooden staircase. Find there a sofa-group, the large LCD-TV set plus sound system and a little apart, an office corner plus sleeping space with a large mattress for surprise guests.

The four generous and separate bedrooms - a pair each - are situated opposite each other. The bathrooms are all clean and neat, some with modern shower cubicles, others with bathtubs.

The generous outdoor area consists of mature trees, juicy lawns, a herb garden and lovely walkways. The large sala with it`s terrace facing a nice lake partly belonging to the estate. A great place for receptions and al fresco dinners. The lawns are watered by a sprinkler system. There is a workshop holding the tools for house and garden.

A lovely pool with a seating area plus a bathhouse (dressing room, toilets and showers) is there as well.

On the technical side, there are tin metal rain gutters throughout. City water is provided, tanks and pumps are there and a filtration system provides drinkable water at all house tabs. The hot water is stored in two boilers. The large roof channels the rain water to an irrigation system below the road. Internet is available and plumbing and electric work are of remarkable quality.

The property comes tastefully furnished, many pieces imported from Switzerland. The curtains, installed throughout, are very nice. The whole property is air conditioned. Ceiling fans are installed as well.

The whole property is lifted a good meter above ground. This keeps the place cool, dry and free from insects. The roof tiles are from terracotta and generally, there are plenty of quality materials used. The property is in excellent condition and very well maintained by it`s Thai/Swiss owners. A very cultivated place to live.
