Описание

Situated in a small hamlet a short drive outside Montmorillon, this character house with additional 'projects' to do is a great prospect. Into the main house we have a lobby with, to the left, a basic kitchen of about 18m2 with windows front and rear. To the right we have a sitting room of 15m2, a small entree and door to the garden plus a WC. Upstairs, we have a basic bathroom, and two bedrooms of around 15m2. Plenty of work to do, but the basics are here.

Outside, we have a large garden, a barn, needing a bit of shoring up and three little houses - each would make small 2 bedroom houses, but each need a full restoration, that said, they all have a bit of character and big fireplaces.

A big plus here is that the lane in front of the house goes directly down to the river and a gorgeous little spot. The property comes with a small wood which is not attached.
