Once inside the gates it's hard to imagine that only a 15mins drive will see you in the heart of the bustling city of Tours, steeped in culture and history this active university city never sleeps. The character longere dating from the 17 and 18th century has been lovingly renovated by the current owners and today offers over 250m2 of living space as well as the 6400m2 of park.

Large wooden gates hide this oasis of tranquility from prying eyes although to be fair with only a handful of homes in this hamlet it's going to be easy to remain discreet. The park is simply charming with numerous mature trees, bowling area, covered dining and south terrace there's space for all and always something to enjoy looking at. The longere is typical of its period with plenty of exposed beams and large fireplaces. The entrance hall is light and airy and leads to either the large lounge (54m2) with feature fireplace to the left or the family kitchen and dining hall beyond to the right. Upstairs we have 3 bedrooms (2 double with en-suite facilities) and a single bedroom and a separate shower room and wc.

Within the park is a veggie patch, fruit trees, bowls pitch (sand), covered dining area with summer kitchen, mature trees and lawn. There's a sheltered courtyard to the rear of the house with direct access via the study as well as the sun terrace to the front.
