House

Ground floor

The front door opens to the entrance hall (15 sq m) with tiled floor. To the left a door opens to the dining room (25 sq m) with wooden floor and stone Charentaise fireplace. To the far side of the dining room a doorway opens to a galley kitchen (8 sq m) with a range of fitted units and a door to the garden.

To the rear of the dining room a door opens to a corridor (also accessible from the rear of the entrance hall). To the left is the sitting room (23 sq m) with a brick-built fireplace.
