This house welcomes you even as you arrive, you will be smiling for it has an almost 'hacienda' quality, a kind of 'holiday' feel to it. A lovely veranda to enjoy the shade during the heat of the day. From here you can admire and appreciate the love and effort which has been put into the flowering borders around the impressive swimming pool. It has resulted in a garden which is inviting and a delight to be in. Even nonswimmers will want to sit here!
With beautiful borders at varying heights just picture the bees and the butterflies and with open countryside all around, no immediate neighbours, this is truly a dream!
This immaculate singlestorey house offers a hallway, lounge/diningroom, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and wc. With all rooms centred around the large open lounge/dining area, it feels really homely and it is so easy to picture many happy times here with friends and family.

Set in a tranquil spot, with great countryside and a stunning view of the Pyrenees, you can truly feel the benefits of the peace and calm here. But you are still close enough to all the amenities just a gentle walk into town for local festivals and events (even a pizza made by a renowned 'champion') means that you can stroll back home smiling afterwards. The department of Hautes-Pyrenees is the southern-most department of the Midi Pyrenees region, its capital being the beautiful town of Tarbes. The department has a very interesting geography as two small sections belonging geographically to Aquitaine are administratively part of the Hautes-Pyrenees. The department is split into two very different landscapes: mountains to the south covering half of the department, valleys to the north where the majority of the towns and villages are.
The economy of the department is mainly agricultural and tourism. Inside Midi Pyrenees, smaller areas have traditional names such as the Comminges (east of Toulouse) or the famous Gascony. Hautes-Pyrenees is a very nice area to settle and one area to look out for (not very well known) is the Baronnies, a set of 30 villages which decided to preserve their rural traditions. An unspoilt area, they represent the rural idyll for anybody in search for absolute peace, authenticity and rest.
