Charming village house with pretty garden

This attractive village house has a lovely garden and is just a short distance from the popular town of Civray.

House

Ground floor

From the garden three sets of doors open into the house. One set opens to the sitting room (30m2) with tiled floor, exposed beam ceiling and a fireplace. To the left of the room an archway leads through to the kitchen (20m2) with tiled floor, exposed beam ceiling, a range of fitted kitchen units and glazed doors to the garden. To the back of the kitchen a glazed door opens into the sitting room.

To the right of the sitting room a door opens to a room (16m2 - currently used as a bedroom) with tiled floor and a glazed door to the garden. A wooden staircase rises from the rear of the kitchen to the first floor landing, off which are three bedrooms (16m2, 11m2 and 11m2) each with exposed beams and the largest having a wooden floor. To the far end of the landing is a shower room (shower, wash-basin and WC). A door from the shower room opens to an as yet unconverted space (about 11m2) with potential.

Outbuildings

Attached to the side of the house is a useful outbuilding, next to which is the garage. Beyond this there is a garden store.

Outside
