This 1930's villa has been recently renovated and has two double bedrooms with bath or shower. The third bedroom, for children, has four beds (two bunk beds) with an en suite bathroom. In addition, there is an independent studio with access to the main part of the property. The villa is all on one level so it is very suitable for young children and those who have difficulties with stairs.

The comfortable villa is beautifully decorated with high quality materials and modern facilities allowing it to be enjoyed the whole year round. There is central heating, a fireplace and a heated swimming pool allowing its use throughout the entire year. The pool area also has an outside shower with warm and/or cold water.
