Description:
Our client is looking for an Administrator to manage the timely onboarding and maintenance updates for their Fund, Portfolio and Intermediary Clients ensuring that they comply with regulatory obligations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Timely and accurate completion of all Client Onboarding steps
Responsible for completing the Risk Matrix and Account Opening checklist and following the procedures
Ensure accurate static data set up and ongoing maintenance in internal systems
Responsibility for the continuance of the Client and Intermediary monitoring schedules in line with the Risk Monitoring Policy
Responsible for maintaining the KYC outstanding (Registration) spreadsheet & chasing any outstanding applications and KYC documents
Collating all necessary information required to comply with US FATCA / Global FATCA requirements
Ensure accuracy of client static data and account set up on transaction systems
Experience and Qualities Required:
The individual should have at least three years’ experience of working within a finance environment and have client due diligence and administration skills, preferably with an appropriate qualification
Proven communication skills necessary for dealing with intermediaries and professional advisors by phone, fax and email
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills required to process the workload on time
Proven ability to cope under pressure. Possess a positive ‘can do’ attitude and be a team player
Excellent administrative and organisational skills with a high standard of numeracy and accuracy
A knowledge of all regulatory requirements in respect of the latest JFSC Anti-Money Laundering and Prevention of Financial Crime guidance notes
Candidates must be classified as ‘Entitled’ or ‘Entitled to Work’ under the Jersey Control of Housing & Work Law.
