Opis

This traditional cortijo is located just off a quiet single track road in the heart of rural Spain. The views are wonderful and the property is full of charm and character and retains many traditional features. There is a terrace off the kitchen and lounge. The land is strewn with fruit trees and there is a terrace with storage room just the other side of the road which is a typical feature in traditional Spanish homes. As you enter the property there is a good size lounge with original beamed ceiling and then to the left a dining room with a log burning fire. From the dining room is the family bathroom, a bedroom and a storage room. From the lounge is a double bedroom with beamed ceiling. Through a door at the end of the lounge is another double bedroom, a utility room with access to a courtyard (needs a little TLC) Then the kitchen with fitted units, fridge freeze, gas hob and oven.
