Opis

Los Carmenes is a small complex located a very short walk from the beaches and main street of Costa Teguise resort.
Each apartment consists of kitchen-sitting-dining room, bedroom, bathroom and terrace/balcony. Build size approx 33m2.
There is a functioning community of owners and the current administrator can provide accounts etc. The community fees are 42 euros per month
This complex is located towards the Las Cucharas end of the resort. And not only is it minutes from all of Costa Teguise"s facilities and services, there are supermarkets, restaurants and bars directly beside this quiet complex.

Location

Costa Teguise is Lanzarote's most popular family resort with a vast selection of bars, shops and restaurants. There is also a golf course and water park.

Las Cucharas beach offers water sport facilities and a superb sheltered bay area.
Scuba diving and windsurfing are the most popular sports here.

There are both international and local schools in Costa Teguise. Arrecife is approx 15 minutes drive away and Puerto del Carmen approx 25 minutes.
