Descriere

The property is situated in a village with a nice picnic area on the river Gartempe, at 4 km from Saint Savin, a small town situated on the banks of the Gartempe river with all the necessary commerce's. It has also an ancient abbey that belongs to the World Heritage of UNESCO.

The region is characterised by its green river valleys and the rural country side. There are a lot of interesting tourist places nearby. It is influenced by the Atlantic coast and has a micro-climate with moderated winters and nice summers.
