Opis

Situated in a small hamlet with a short drive to Montmorillon, this country house can be lived in while you make it into your dream home. Into the property, we have a hall, with stair, with to the left we have a big kitchen / diner of around 35m2 with exposed beams and butler's sink. There is a pantry under the stairs and the other side of the hall we have a reasonable shower room with a bedroom wrapped around it of around 15m2.

At the end of the house there is a second house which is being used as a boiler room! Upstairs we have a big, easily converted attic of around 65m2 with very pretty beams. Outside we have a simply huge barn, opposite, a small garden attached and a large garden just at the end of the row.
