Situated in a small hamlet 1 mile from a town with restaurants and shop, this country house has been used as a holiday home for many years and is very habitable, but could be so much better!

Into the house, we have a little conservatory followed by a kitchen of around 18m2. To the left (at the front of the house), we have a sitting room of 16m2 with fireplace and exposed beams, and two bedrooms each of around 20m2 each with exposed beams. Outside we have a garage and several storage / workshops area as well as a boiler room (good condition oil-fired boiler). Two great gardens, one for sitting and one for orchard / veggie, complete the package. Good value, great little hamlet and easy access to all amenities.
