Country Property, Jaen, Las Grajeras..

This is an amazing property in a stunning location. The house has been reformed to the highest standard and now offers on the ground floor, a charming sitting room with woodburner, lovely fitted kitchen and off this are two cave rooms - ideal as an extra bathroom etc if needed. Also on this level is a ground floor bedroom or 2nd sitting room. Up to the 1st floor with a large landing area currently used as an office . A door from here leads you onto a very large terrace where you can take in the incredible views. On this floor is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. This has a bath and a separate shower. On the other side of the landing is a 2nd bedroom with steps to another large bathroom. There is a door from here to a 2nd roof terrace with steps down to the ground floor patio area. It is possible to enclose this terrace to create a self catering apartment or another bedroom.
Outside there is a large patio area with a separate shower room and plenty of room for outside dining. Under the 2nd roof terrace are 3 storerooms...again these could be converted to more accommodation. Along the path there is a chicken coup too!
Out the back of the property is a large garden area plus the property has about 22 olive trees. The bonus is it also has a lovely outdoor pool with surrounding terrace and a great parking area with steps down to the property. This would be ideal for rural tourism . Its not far off the road running through the village so access is fine and the larger village of La Rabita just a few mins drive with Alcala la Real less than 15 mins.
